Caleb Schwartz

Growing up on a mixed farm that also has a Merino and Dohne stud based in Waterloo in the Mid North, Caleb has grown up surrounded by Agriculture. After enjoying Agriculture and Science subjects at school he decided to pursue studying a Bachelor of Agricultural Science.

Caleb has developed a broad interest in a range of topics related to Agriculture through employment opportunities throughout his gap year. These topics range from ruminant nutrition and genetics to grain breeding, agronomy, and soil sciences.  

Through being involved with the AUASA committee, Caleb hopes to be able to improve other students' experience of the Ag science course as well as networking with link-minded people.
