Jessica Cousins
Third Year Rep
Jessica grew up in Burra and was raised in the agricultural industry, developing a strong connection to rural life from an early age. She further built this foundation during her gap year in Victoria, where she worked on a mixed sheep and cattle farm. Jessica has also gained hands-on experience in station work and rousing, strengthening her practical skills and passion for livestock production.
Through her experiences, Jessica has developed a deep appreciation for the agricultural sector and the hard work that underpins it. She values the opportunity to continue learning about the industry while building meaningful connections with others who share similar interests.
As the third-year rep of AUASA in 2026, Jessica is committed to supporting the club and ensuring it continues to provide valuable opportunities for its members. She enjoys being involved in the agricultural community and contributing to the positive culture of the organisation.
