Kayla Wallis

Kayla is a third year student that is deeply passionate about the agricultural industry, living on a broadacre family farm in Pinnaroo. With a strong interest in grains, she has chosen to pursue a degree in Agriculture, with the goal of becoming a researcher or agronomist. Kayla recognises the importance of networking and building industry connections throughout her academic journey and is excited to be actively involved in this process.

 

In her role as merchandise officer on the AUASA committee, Kayla aims to foster a supportive and dynamic networking/social environment for her peers. She strives for students to feel part of the community and sponsors to feel connected through advertising and support. Through her year on committee she would like to help encourage positive student/sponsor interactions during professional events, to which the basis of the committee runs.

 

She is committed to creating opportunities while also expanding her own professional network.
